Yasheeka Tanwar

Yasheeka Tanwar has a diverse work experience in the field of quality improvement and compliance. Yasheeka started their career in 2006 as a Direct Care/Case Manager/Quality Improvement Specialist at Northern Children's Services, where they worked until 2015. Yasheeka then joined Families Forward Philadelphia as a Quality Assurance Manager from 2015 to 2018. Following that, Yasheeka worked at COMHAR, Inc. as a Quality Management Associate from 2018 to 2021. In 2021, they joined Elwyn as the Director of Quality Improvement & Compliance-IDD Programs, where they worked until 2022. Yasheeka then moved on to Fairmount Behavioral Health System as the Director of Risk Management from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Quality at COMHAR, Inc. from 2023 onwards.

Yasheeka Tanwar holds a Master's Degree in Elementary/Special Education and Teaching from La Salle University, which they completed from 2004 to 2007. In 2014, they pursued a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Villanova University, which lasted for a year. Earlier, from 1998 to 2002, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Temple University.
