Jan Goodrich

Jan Goodrich is a Senior Opto-Mechanical Engineer at CoMind, leading the mechanical design and production of the CoMind EFS Hub for a large clinical study in hospitals across the USA. Previously, Jan served as a Mechanical Engineer at Pavegen, where the focus was on designing a new generator and support structure for global flooring projects. At Lazer Lamps Ltd, Jan initially worked as a Design Engineer, managing the design of auxiliary LED lighting products, before moving up to Lead Engineer to oversee the development of new lighting products that comply with UN ECE vehicle regulations. Jan began a career in automotive lighting as a Graduate Design Engineer at Wipac Ltd, contributing to projects for prestigious brands such as McLaren and Rolls Royce. Early experience includes an internship at Hobs Studio, focusing on 3D printing and prototyping, and an industrial placement at Denford Ltd, which provided foundational skills in using advanced manufacturing equipment. Jan holds a Master's Degree in Integrated Product Design from Brunel University London and a Bachelor of Science in Automotive Design Technology from the University of Bradford.
