Esther Espeja Bragulat

Esther Espeja Bragulat has over 20 years of experience in the energy and economic sectors. Currently serving as the Director for Energy Derivatives Markets at the CNMC (Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia), Esther has held various key positions since joining the organization in January 2007, including Deputy Director and Area Manager. Prior to this role, Esther worked as an Economic Consultant at Analistas Financieros Internacionales from January 2005 to December 2006 and as a Market Participant and Energy Consultant at InterMoney Energía S.A. from September 2002 to December 2004. Esther holds a Master of Science (MSc.) in Economics and Finance from CEMFI and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a focus on Economic Analysis from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
