Javier Salinas

Javier Salinas is a seasoned lawyer currently practicing at Ramón y Cajal Abogados since September 2012 and serving as a Non-Governmental Advisor for the International Competition Network at the CNMC since March 2020. Prior legal experience includes positions at Clifford Chance LLP, Allen & Overy, and internships at the European Commission's DG Competition and OLAF. Javier Salinas holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in European Competition Law from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and has completed legal studies at King's College London, Université Paris-Sud, and Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
