Ivan Canizales is a skilled geologist with extensive experience in various geoscience fields. Currently serving as an Especialista en Geología at GeoConsult since December 2023, Ivan has previously held significant roles including Geólogo de Estudios Hidrocarburiferos and Geólogo de proyectos at Comision Ejecutiva Hidroelectrica del Rio Lempa, contributing to geological studies and the development of hydroelectric infrastructure. Ivan's academic background includes a Master's degree in Geographic Information Systems from Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg and a Master's in Applied Drones to Engineering from Universidad Isabel I. Ivan also served as a university professor in the Geology Department at Universidad de El Salvador, teaching essential field geology techniques.
