Juan Munguira

Juan Munguira is an experienced professional in the field of international finance and corporate governance, currently serving as an International Adviser at the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) since January 1997. Munguira has provided expertise to several prominent organizations, including the OECD, the European Commission, and IOSCO, focusing on European legislation related to capital risk and investment firms.
