Sina Safayi, DVM, PhD, currently serves as the Partnership Enablement Lead for the GROW Gig program at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine since May 2024, while also holding the position of Principal Scientist in Preclinical Research at Johnson & Johnson MedTech since January 2023. Safayi founded Graduate Career Consulting, LLC, serving as Founder CEO and Principal Consultant from May 2019 to January 2023, and previously directed efforts as Assistant Professor at Rush University Medical Center from January 2019 to October 2022. Additional experience includes roles as Assistant Dean at Emory University, Assistant Director at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, and various positions at Københavns Universitet, culminating in a PhD in Life Sciences with a focus on Lactation Physiology. Education also includes a DVM in Veterinary Medicine from Shiraz University.
