Carsten Marquardt

Carsten Marquardt has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles, currently serving as Personalleiter at COMLINE SE since 2012. Marquardt's previous positions include Personalleiter at Choren Industries GmbH, Christoph Kroschke GmbH, and SinnerSchrader, as well as HR Generalist Sales at Targobank. Early career experience includes serving as Assistent der Geschäftsführung at Bildungswerk Witten/Hattingen GmbH and as an Offizier in the Bundeswehr from 1987 to 1997. Marquardt holds a Diplom Pädagoge in Personalwesen from Helmut-Schmidt-Universität and completed training at the Offizierschule des Heeres.
