Maria Gauci

Maria Gauci currently serves as the Director of Human Resources and Internal Communications at Comlux, overseeing HR functions across Europe and the Middle East while supporting the board of directors and managing recruitment strategies, employee relations, and organizational development initiatives. With prior experience as a People Business Partner at Casumo and as Head of Organisational Development and Performance at Air Malta, Maria has a strong background in employee experience, performance management, and talent development. Additionally, Maria has engaged in academia as a part-time lecturer at the University of Malta and Middlesex University, and holds several degrees in Human Resources Management, Psychology, and Tourism Management, complemented by ongoing qualifications in Employment Law.
