Ayesha Balasuriya

Ayesha Balasuriya is a dedicated human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the People and Culture Administrator at Comm Unity Plus Services Ltd since October 2023, Ayesha has previously held significant roles, including Senior Executive - Human Resources at Dankotuwa Porcelain PLC and HR Executive at Mosvold Sri Lanka. Ayesha began professional career at Intervest Engineering and Construction (Pvt) Ltd, managing HRM functions, recruitment, and employee relations. Early experience includes an HR Officer position at Asiri Central Hospital Ltd, contributing to training programs and staff credentialing. Ayesha currently pursues a Master of Business Management at CQUniversity, complementing an MBA in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management obtained from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
