Blair Cox

Blair Cox has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. In 2008, they began their career as a Professional Staff at Cox Merritt & Co. LLP and worked there until 2012. Blair then joined KPMG Canada as a Senior Accountant from 2012 to 2015.

In 2015, Blair joined Rebel.com as a Finance Manager and later transitioned to the role of Financial Controller, where they stayed until 2018. During this time, they also worked as a Business Finance Consultant for Rebel.com in 2018.

Blair then joined Line2 as a Financial Controller from 2017 to 2020. In 2019, they became the Chief Financial Officer at Feenics and held this position until 2021. Simultaneously, in 2020, they assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer at Rebel.com, which they held until 2021.

Currently, Blair is serving as the VP of Finance at Comm100, starting from October 2021. Additionally, in 2014, they briefly operated as a Business Owner at WBC Consulting. Prior to that, they worked as a General Labourer at Allied Workforce in 2010.

Through their various roles, Blair has gained extensive experience in finance, accounting, and consulting, making him a valuable asset to any organization.

Blair Cox has a diverse education history focused on accounting and business management. In 2006, Blair began their education journey at Western University, where they pursued a degree in Finance and Accounting. They successfully completed this program in 2010.

In 2011, Blair furthered their education by attending the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada) program. During this time, they studied accounting and business management to become a Certified Management Accountant. Blair completed this program in 2014, obtaining the certification.

Continuing their professional development, Blair pursued a Chartered Business Valuator (CICBV) degree at York University in 2013. While the end year for this program is not specified, it can be inferred that Blair is still working towards completing the degree.

In addition to their formal education, Blair has also obtained various certifications. In 2013, they received certification in Joint Health and Safety Committee from the Ontario Ministry of Labour. Furthermore, in the same year, they acquired certification in Standard Fist Aid, CPR & AED (Level C) from Rescue 7 Inc. Lastly, in 2014, Blair obtained another certification as a Certified Management Accountant from CPA Canada.
