Derek Ketcher

Derek Ketcher has extensive experience in various roles, starting with their current position as a Business Development Specialist at Comm100. In this role, they are responsible for providing omnichannel digital CX solutions to universities for student engagement.

Prior to their current role, Derek worked as a Business Instructor at VanWest College from August 2019 to August 2020. Derek shared their knowledge and expertise in business-related subjects with students.

In addition, Derek has experience as a business owner in the e-commerce industry. From October 2016 to September 2017, they owned and managed WoodMacc & AnimeShirtShop.

Prior to their e-commerce venture, Derek worked at vineyard vines from September 2013 to July 2016. Derek initially started as an Assistant Manager before being promoted to the role of Store Manager in October 2014.

Derek Ketcher earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Radford University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Derek furthered their education by obtaining a Master's of Arts degree in Management and Leadership from Liberty University, which they attended from 2011 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Derek has also pursued various certifications. Derek completed courses such as "Share Data Through the Art of Visualization," "Analyze Data to Answer Questions," "Process Data from Dirty to Clean," "Ask Questions to Make Data-Driven Decisions," "Foundations: Data, Data, Everywhere," and "Prepare Data for Exploration" through Coursera in 2023. Derek also obtained the "LIVE Getting Started with Gong: Revenue Professionals" certification from Gong in 2023. Furthermore, they achieved the "HubSpot Inbound Certification" from HubSpot Academy in July 2023.
