Steve Dormer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Steve started their career at Safeway Canada in 2003 as a Bakery Manager, where they excelled in maximizing sales and gross profit through effective merchandising strategies and maintaining a high staff retention rate. In 2006, they joined Canon Canada as a Sales Executive, where they prospecting and acquired new business by selling office equipment products and software solutions. Steve was able to increase account sales by 10% through the development of sales strategies and providing solution-based customer service. Steve then moved to Keurig Canada in 2008, where they worked as a Business Development representative. Steve consulted and partnered with over 800+ businesses to customize workplace programs, track sales gains, and identify market trends. Steve utilized organizational tools such as CRM systems to coordinate equipment installations and exceed customer expectations. After working at Keurig Canada for 12 years, Steve joined Adecco in 2021 as a National Sales Executive, responsible for developing national sales strategies. Currently, they are working at Polar Battery LTD. in the role of Commercial Sales, where they are expected to continue utilizing their sales expertise.

Steve Dormer obtained a diploma in Marketing & Sales Management from The University of British Columbia. Steve also holds additional certifications, including a Certified Marketing Executive (CME®) and a Certified Sales Executive (CSE®), both obtained from SMEI - Sales & Marketing Executives International, Inc.
