Currently serving as Founder of Comma in Singapore, Hongwei leads the development of AI-powered design and consumer tools. Previously, in various roles at DFI Retail Group, Hongwei advanced product, design, and transformation across major brands in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. As Head of Product Design at Shopee, Hongwei scaled design operations amidst significant growth across multiple markets, and at Xiaomi Technology, Hongwei guided a diverse design team in supporting software and hardware initiatives. Early career experience includes senior design roles at Tencent, where Hongwei established a comprehensive design function catering to numerous products and branding efforts.
