Pooja Sarswat

Pooja Sarswat has extensive experience in finance and accounting roles. Pooja worked as the Director- International Controller at Command Alkon since February 2024. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of International Accounting & Reporting at the same company.

Before joining Command Alkon, Pooja worked at GTT as a Senior Finance Manager from March 2022 to May 2023.

Their previous experience includes working at McAfee, where they held various roles such as Consultant - Corporate Technical Accounting, Technical Accounting Lead, and Lead Accountant. Pooja was responsible for leading automation and process improvement, ensuring robust control for B2C process, and spearheading learning and development initiatives for the accounting team.

Pooja's earlier role was at Caterpillar Inc. as a Legal Entity Accountant from December 2014 to January 2017.

Pooja Sarswat completed their education at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a degree in Public Accountant. During the same period, they also attended The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and earned a degree in Company Secretary. Pooja has pursued additional certifications in various areas such as Critical Thinking, Leadership Mindsets, Leadership Foundations, Emotional Intelligence, Influencing Others, Managing High Potentials, Project Management, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, Learning to Be Approachable, and Building Accountability Into Your Culture. Pooja also holds a CA certification and has completed the IFRS Certificate Program from ACCA.
