Barbara Hennessy

CDS2 founder and president Barbara Hennessy has led the company from its humble beginnings in 1994. She has more than 35 years of experience in managing Acquisition Plans and Programs, Information Technology Systems/Services, and Engineering/Technical/ and Program Management Services. Barbara knows “what right looks like” for her clients, and personally assures that programs are delivered at the company’s high standards.

Barbara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting with a minor in Operations Research from George Mason University, 1986.
