Kristine Nowicki

Kristine Nowicki has extensive work experience in the field of project management and overseeing work for federal and state agencies. From 2010 to the present, they have worked as the Director of Civilian Programs at Command Decisions Systems and Solutions (CDS2), where they are responsible for managing all aspects of work, contracts, and budgets for multiple agencies. Kristine also handles business development and proposal writing efforts. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Division Director at DTI Associates from 2003 to 2011, where they developed and monitored contracts, budgets, and scopes of work for various agencies. Kristine focused on improving project efficiency and profitability.
