Tracy Williams

Tracy Williams has a diverse range of work experience. Tracy is currently the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and Executive Vice President of Finance at Commdex, a position they have held since June 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and Private Equity Investment Professional at Altair Acquisitions, LLC from October 2019 to June 2021. From September 2019 to June 2021, they were also a Managing Director and Management Consultant at Larx Advisors, Inc. Tracy's previous roles include serving as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Project Executive for Hire at inflexion 2.0 from October 2014 to September 2019, and as the President and COO at SelecSource from January 2016 to January 2018. Tracy also worked at Commdex Consulting LLC. as the Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance from October 2014 to April 2016. Before that, they held positions at State Bank and Trust Company, Wells Fargo, and EstateOne Mortgage. Overall, Tracy's experience encompasses strategic planning, finance, private equity, management consulting, and executive leadership roles.

Tracy Williams has pursued a comprehensive educational background in the field of business and finance. Tracy holds an Executive Education Certificate in Mergers & Acquisitions from The Wharton School. Additionally, Tracy obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Management and Finance from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. Prior to that, Tracy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, specializing in Marketing and Accounting, also from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. Tracy has further expanded their professional qualifications with two additional certifications. Tracy became a Certified Treasury Professional through the Association for Financial Professionals in October 2012. In June 2001, Tracy obtained the FINRA Series 7 License, a General Securities Professional Exam, from The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
