Kina Usami

Kina Usami is a skilled graphic designer currently employed at COMME des GARÇONS since January 2024, with previous experience as a graphic designer at A Kind Of Guise and as a print designer at Zisser Textile Design. Usami has also served as a project assistant at Daisy with Rider Productions and held an artist-in-residence position at the Icelandic Textile Center. Earlier roles include working as a graphic design and production control assistant at AKIRANAKA and a retail salesperson/merchandising assistant at WACOAL. Usami holds a Master of Arts in Visual Arts - Textile Design from the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague, and a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from Musashino Art University in Tokyo, Japan.
