Spencer Schneier

Spencer Schneier has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as a Software Engineering Intern at Fidelity Investments in 2015 and 2016. Spencer then served as the Chair of the Green Fund at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2015 and 2016. In 2017, they worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Spencer joined USA Baseball in 2018 as a Baseball Analytics Coordinator. Spencer then worked at Lime in 2019, handling operations, before transitioning to Driveline Baseball Enterprises, Inc as an R&D Engineer. From 2020 to 2021, Spencer served as the Chapter Lead at the Seattle Center for New Liberalism. In 2021, they joined Adaptive Automation Technologies, focusing on growth. Finally, in 2022, Spencer founded Commenda.

Spencer Schneier attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2016 to 2018, where they studied Mathematics.
