Erica Raterman, APSC, has extensive experience in the banking and customer service sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President and National Relationship Manager for Automated Payments Solutions at Commerce Bank since June 1999. Prior roles at Commerce Bank include Vice President positions overseeing the divisional and Midwest regions, as well as Assistant Vice President and Officer roles. Prior to this, Erica Raterman worked as Area Customer Service Manager at Centric Group and held a managerial position at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, starting in the automotive industry as Assistant Branch Manager. Erica Raterman began her career in retail with Victoria's Secret as Assistant Store Manager. Erica Raterman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business & Technology from Webster University.
