Gretchen Pettet is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent development, organizational culture, and leadership coaching. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President and Senior Talent Development Consultant at Commerce Bank since June 2022, Gretchen also holds a position as a Senior Facilitator at Washington University in St. Louis, where responsibilities include designing and delivering leadership training programs.
