Lake Sloan

Lake Sloan has been with Commerce Bank since March 2018, advancing through roles such as Talent Management Support Specialist and Personal Banker I, and currently holds the position of Supervisor in Talent Management Services. Prior experience includes serving as a Shift Leader and Pet Counselor at Petland Retail Stores from February 2016 to March 2018. Lake Sloan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, completing studies in 2021.
