Sheryl Carstens

Sheryl Carstens has extensive experience in municipal management, currently serving as the Assistant City Manager and Director of Finance for the City of Commerce City since January 2015. With a tenure at Commerce City beginning in September 1996, Sheryl has held various roles, including Controller. Education was attained at the University of Phoenix.
