Kimberley Foo

Kimberley Foo is the Manager of Payments Regulation at the Commerce Commission, a position held since 2015. Prior to this role, Kimberley had a diverse experience at the Commerce Commission, serving as a Senior Project Manager, Acting Manager - Fibre, Project Manager, and Senior Analyst. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Temporary Administrative Assistant at Forté Recruitment Limited and Beyond Recruitment, along with serving as a Student Library Assistant at the University of Otago. Kimberley holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Commerce in Law and Economics from the University of Otago, where they completed their studies in 2014.
