Jessica Dong

Jessica Dong has a diverse range of work experience. Jessica started their career in 2015 as a Server at Milestones Grill + Bar and worked there until 2019. In 2019, they transitioned to Tucker Professional Corporation and worked as a Transcriptionist until 2022. Concurrently, in 2020, they also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Wilfrid Laurier University until 2021. Jessica then moved on to work as a Copywriter at Cya Live from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Merchant Ops, Content Editor at CommerceBear, starting in November 2022.

Jessica Dong has a strong academic background with a focus on English literature and film studies. Jessica holds a Master of Arts degree in English Literature and Film Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University. Prior to that, they completed their Honours Bachelor of Arts degree, also in English, at the same institution.

In addition to their formal education, Jessica has obtained several certifications. In March 2021, they earned a certification in Conversion Copywriting from LinkedIn. In December 2020, they obtained a certification in Social Media Strategy from HubSpot Academy. Furthermore, they hold a Smart Serve certification from Smart Serve Ontario, which they obtained in May 2017.
