Belle Akers

Belle Akers has a wealth of experience in the banking industry. Belle began their career in 1998 as a Treasury Management Officer at RBC Bank. Belle then worked as a Corporate Services Rep at First American Bank, Birmingham, AL in the same year. In 2011, they became a Vice President at Aliant Bank. In 2013, they took on the role of Business Analyst at RedKnot Resource Group. In 2014, they were appointed Vice President, Treasury Management at First Partners Bank. In 2017, they became VP | Head of Treasury Management and Commercial eServices at Progress Bank. Finally, in 2018, they were promoted to SVP Digital Banking & Deposit Operations, SVP Digital Banking, and SVP Treasury Services at CommerceOne Bank.

Belle Akers earned a BS in Clinical Psychology from Mississippi State University between 1993 and 1997. Belle then went on to earn an MBA in Business Administration from Samford University in 2002.
