Jennifer Taunton has over 10 years of work experience. Jennifer began in 2010 as a Barista at O'Henry's Coffee, where they cultivated relationships with guests and brewed coffee and espresso beverages. In 2012, they joined BBVA Compass as a Branch Associate. In 2020, they joined CommerceOne Bank as a Relationship Manager and Client Services Coordinator. At O'Henry's Coffee, Jennifer was promoted to General Manager and was responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, including staffing, orders, training, inventory, and payroll. Jennifer also developed leaders across the company, with three of the four managers being hired and trained by her.

Jennifer Taunton earned their Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management from Pensacola Christian College between 2006 and 2010. Jennifer then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Samford University between 2018 and 2020.
