Akshita Rastogi

Akshita Rastogi has extensive experience in the field of cloud architecture and product management. Akshita currently serves as the Head of Product - Infrastructure & Tooling at commercetools, where they are responsible for defining the product roadmap and working with various teams to enable feature deployments. Prior to this, they worked as a Technical Product Manager at the same company, focusing on Kubernetes infrastructure and monitoring.

Before joining commercetools, Akshita worked as a Product Owner & Cloud Architect at C3M Cloud Control, where they took ownership of a new product line in the DevSecOps domain, providing security-as-a-code services to existing customers. Akshita also has experience as a Solutions Architect at CloudCover, where they designed cloud migration strategies for multiple vendors and estimated project costs.

Additionally, Akshita has held roles such as Cloud Architect and Cloud Subject Matter Expert at Searce Inc and Protegrity, respectively. Akshita has worked on managing services for major cloud service providers and integrating cloud platforms with on-premise systems. Earlier in their career, Akshita gained experience as a Software Engineer at Protegrity and an Associate Consultant at Infosys.

Akshita holds a strong technical background and has expertise in automating and enabling cloud deployment strategies, as well as backend testing and automation. Akshita also served as the Editor-in-Chief at St John College of Engineering and Management and worked as an Engineer Intern at Viraj Profiles Ltd, developing software solutions using various technologies.

Akshita Rastogi completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued their Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) in Information Technology from Atomic Energy Central School from 2005 to 2012. Before that, they attended DAV Public School, Nerul.

In addition to their formal education, Akshita has obtained several certifications in various fields, including cloud economics from Amazon Web Services (AWS) and technical professional certification from AWS. Akshita has also completed certifications in Google Cloud Kubernetes, adaptive project leadership, AWS essential training for architects, Azure administration essential training, Google Cloud Platform essential training, learning the AWS Well-Architected Framework, and project management foundations: schedules.
