Benjamin Davis is an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager at commercetools, focusing on driving value realization for major retail and enterprise clients in the APAC region since November 2023. Previously, Benjamin led the ANZ Launch Engineering Team at Shopify, overseeing technical onboarding for prominent merchants in APAC and handling complex project demands as a Senior Launch Engineer. With a strong foundation in customer success and project management cultivated at Smile.io and Media Core, Benjamin also has entrepreneurial experience from founding an eCommerce agency and managing a personal eCommerce venture.
