Hannah Trice

Hannah Trice has a strong background in talent development, learning and development, and HR business partnering. Hannah currently works at commercetools as the Talent Development Lead, where they lead the development of the L&D function and manages a team of specialists. Hannah also project manages company-wide initiatives. Prior to this, they worked at Transparency International as an HR Project Manager, focusing on compensation and benefits. Hannah'sresponsibilities included developing and implementing a new compensation system and updating job evaluation methodologies. Hannah also has experience at IDLO - International Development Law Organization, where they served as an HR Business Partner and Consultant, providing services to headquarters staff and project support. Hannah has a diverse range of experience in HR roles and has demonstrated strong project management skills.

Hannah Trice obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from Saint John's University - Peter J. Tobin College of Business from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration from Birmingham-Southern College, which they attended from 2006 to 2010. In 2017, they obtained the certification of SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM.
