Kat Excell Heskett

Kat Excell Heskett is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the technology and recruitment sectors. Currently serving as the Global Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at commercetools since March 2021, Kat focuses on go-to-market strategies for a leading cloud commerce platform. Previous roles include Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Medefer and Senior Business Recruiter for EMEA at Branch. Kat co-founded Excell Jones and held positions such as Head of Graduate Sales at Holland & Tisdall and Senior Consultant at Graduate-Fasttrack. A graduate of the University of Reading with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, Kat also possesses a strong academic foundation from Ipswich School, where A Levels included Business Studies and Psychology. Additionally, a six-month career break involved extensive travel across Asia.
