Nazia Khan

Nazia Khan has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years. Nazia currently works at commercetools as the Global Talent Acquisition Lead, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Global Team Lead - Tech TA from April 2022 to January 2023, and as the Global Talent Acquisition Manager - Tech from June 2021 to March 2022.

Before joining commercetools, Nazia worked at Just Eat Takeaway.com as a Technical Recruiter from December 2019 to May 2021. Nazia also had a brief stint at Visual Meta GmbH as a Recruiter for a three-month project from July 2019 to September 2019.

Earlier in their career, Nazia worked at Bayat Group of Companies as an HR Manager from December 2012 to September 2018. Nazia also gained experience as a Recruiter (Executive Search) at Randstad India Ltd from May 2011 to December 2012, where they were involved in senior-level hiring across various industries.

Nazia's earliest role was as an Asst. Manager at Saifee Hospital (Rare Hospitality & Services) from October 2007 to March 2011.

Nazia Khan obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the European University of Business in 2019. Prior to that, they earned another MBA degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, which they completed between 2005 and 2007. Nazia also holds additional certifications, including Diversity Recruiting from LinkedIn Learning, Tech Sourcing Deep Dive from WeAreKeen | Tech Talent Partners, and CPD from KNect365.
