Nancy Carrillo, CPM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in asset management and sales within the commercial real estate industry. Nancy currently holds the role of National Sales Executive at Commercial Asset Preservation, LLC, where Nancy is responsible for managing national accounts and cultivating new business relationships. Nancy's previous positions include roles as Vice President and Director of Asset Management at various companies such as GE Capital Franchise Finance and CNL Restaurant Properties, Inc. Nancy holds an Associate of Science in Real Estate Management from Valencia College.
