Rahab Thuo

Rahab Thuo has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Rahab joined NCBA Group in 2019 and currently holds the position of GM, Head of Retail Client Experience. Prior to this role, they served as the Retail Segment Head-Gold Banking at NCBA Group. Before joining NCBA Group, Rahab worked at Commercial Bank of Africa (CBA Group) for several years. Rahab'sroles at CBA Group included Business Team Lead: Platinum Banking-Ag, Regional Manager, 2.0 Project Implementation, Retail Branch Manager in both Westlands and Nakuru branches. Rahab also worked as a Branch Manager at Stanbic Bank and as a Customer sales and service manager at Standard Chartered Bank.

Rahab Thuo attended Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) from 2009 to 2011, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Strategic Management. Prior to that, they attended Daystar University from 1998 to 2002 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications.
