John Fugate

John Fugate is an experienced professional with a background in finance and education. Currently serving as Vice President at Commercial Bank, John has also contributed to the Knox County Tennessee Board of Education as a Board Member from September 2014 to December 2014. John Fugate holds a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Master of Science in Educational Administration and Supervision, obtained from East Tennessee State University between 1962 and 1973.
