Bob Ulrich

Bob Ulrich has extensive work experience in facility and property management. Bob currently holds the position of Executive Vice President of Operations at Commercial Building Maintenance Corporation, where they previously served as Vice President of Operations. Prior to this, they worked as a General Manager at JLL, AmTrust Realty Corp., and CBRE. Bob also served as an Account Executive at Cushman & Wakefield and Director of Facilities at Ziff Brothers Investments. Bob's early career includes roles as Director of Property Management at AIG and various positions at Bloomberg LP, including Project Manager and Facility Manager. Throughout their career, Bob has demonstrated strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and the ability to manage large teams and budgets.

Bob Ulrich attended West Islip High School from 1981 to 1985. After completing high school, they went on to Farmingdale State College where they earned an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Management from 1985 to 1987. Bob then furthered their education at Binghamton University School of Management, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Finance between 1987 and 1989.
