David Spratlen Aia

David Spratlen, AIA, is a seasoned architect and owner of Sprat Designs, LLC, specializing in design and construction rebranding efforts. Currently serving as a Project Architect at Commercial Building Services, David emphasizes collaboration and shared leadership in project execution. Previous roles include Creative Design Manager at Qdoba Restaurant Corporation and Architect Lead Design Manager at Red Robin, where David supported brand strategies through innovative design solutions. Extensive experience includes managing design teams at Iron Horse Architects and MJCassutt Architects, overseeing commercial and educational projects, and pioneering a patented mortarless fence block system at R&DD Concepts, LLC.
