In 1977, Gerry was the first and only cleaner for CCS. As the company grew his role inevitably evolved. However, his intimate understanding of front-line services, compassion for employees, and sentiment towards customers have remained steadfast. He is the pillar of the company’s culture of proactive, pain-free, and responsive service for all stakeholders.
