Ricardo Rios

Ricardo Rios has an extensive career in the finance industry, with a focus on commercial equipment finance. Ricardo served as President & CEO at Commercial Equipment Finance, Inc. since 2009. Prior to this role, they were the Business Head at GE Capital of Puerto Rico from 2008 to 2009. From 2000 to 2008, they held the position of Business Head / Puerto Rico Operations at CitiCapital, a division of Citigroup. Ricardo started their career at Assocoites Commercial Corporation in 1996, where they served as the Business Head for the Puerto Rico Operations until 2000.

Ricardo Rios attended North Harris County College from 1982 to 1984, studying Finance. Ricardo also attended Unversidad del Sagrado Corazon from 1972 to 1974.
