Elizabeth Najera is an experienced professional with a background in customer service and account management. Currently serving as an Assistant Account Manager at Commercial Insurance Solutions since March 2022, Elizabeth transitioned from an assistant account manager trainee role, where responsibilities included data entry and policy deliveries. Prior to this, Elizabeth worked as a Customer Service Representative at Fossil Group, Inc., managing escalations and ensuring effective client service. Elizabeth's earlier experience includes administrative support for the debate team at The University of Texas at Dallas and tutoring students at The Tutoring Center in Garland. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from The University of Texas at Dallas, completed in May 2021.
