Ray Deaton

Ray Deaton has extensive work experience in the insurance and automotive industries. Ray served as the Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at Commercial Insurance Solutions, where they focused on insuring commercial real estate properties. At C1 Insurance Group, they held the position of EVP & COO and worked on personal lines insurance brokerage and risk management. Earlier in their career, Ray worked at Sewell Automotive Companies as a Sales Manager and later as the Director of Recruiting & Development. Throughout their career, Ray demonstrated a consistent record of success in meeting and exceeding goals and was known for their strategic thinking, innovation, and excellent communication skills.

Ray Deaton attended First Baptist Academy Dallas from 1981 to 1989, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Ray then went on to study at Texas A&M University from 1989 to 1993. Ray earned their Bachelor of Science degree with minors in Business Marketing and Management. In addition to their formal education, Ray Deaton obtained a certification in Insurance Broker, Property & Casualty from the Texas Department of Insurance in March 2009.
