Hesham El Bialy

Hesham El Bialy is an experienced professional in project management and software development, currently serving as the Head of PMO at CIB Egypt since April 2016. Prior roles include PMO Program Manager at Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank - Egypt and Head of Software Development Department at Egyptian Banks Company, where significant contributions were made to payment product development. El Bialy has a strong background in managing service delivery within the banking sector at International Turnkey Systems and has held leadership positions in various organizations, including Intercom and CIT Global. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Georgia State University in collaboration with Alexandria University, ITIL certification, certified expertise in Islamic finance, and advanced degrees in Computer Science.
