Ihab Edward

Ihab Edward possesses extensive experience in the banking and audit sectors, currently serving as Chief Audit Executive at Commercial International Bank - CIB since March 2022, and previously held the role of Senior Director - Deputy Chief Auditor at Commercial International Bank - Egypt since May 2004. Prior to these positions, Ihab worked as Deputy Commercial Manager at Export Development Trading Company from October 1993 to April 2004, and as a Trade Finance Officer at Credit Agricole Bank from November 1991 to September 1993. Starting a career at the National Bank of Egypt as an Officer in the Bills Department in early 1991, and as an Auditor at KPMG - Egypt in 1990, Ihab Edward holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Ain Shams University, completed in 1989, and a high school diploma from St. Joseph Maronite School. Additionally, Ihab represents CIB at the Federation of Egyptian Banks.
