Luma Aly Saafan Aly is an experienced professional in quality assurance and retail management, currently serving as Retail Quality Assurance Manager at CIB Egypt since January 2012. In this role, responsibilities include reviewing the quality of sales and customer touchpoints throughout the credit approval process. Luma has also held positions as a Quality Assurance Manager for the premium segment, Proposition Manager for the private segment, and Business Banking Relationship Manager, focusing on closing new business deals and conducting targeted client meetings.
