Maha Hassan Taha

Maha Hassan Taha serves as the Enterprise & Banking Applications Support Manager at CIB Egypt since September 2017, overseeing the support and operation of various enterprise and banking applications while leading a team of support professionals. Responsibilities include ensuring application performance and stability, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues, managing system upgrades, and implementing best practices for application support. Previous roles include IT Applications Management Team Head at CIB, Technical Manager at Oracle, and Oracle Database Administrator at CIL, with experience in incident and change management, database performance analysis, and customer support. Maha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a focus on Information Systems from the Arab Academy for Science & Technology and has completed further education at The American University in Cairo.
