Mohamed Alaa has extensive experience in technology risk and network operations, currently serving as a Technology Risk Senior Officer at CIB Egypt since August 2016, following roles as Senior Network Operations Engineer, Network Engineer, and IT Service Management Analyst. Prior experience includes working as a Technical Support Specialist at Vodafone from September 2013 to August 2016. Mohamed holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, completed in 2013, and attended Rutherford High School from 2005 to 2008.
