Mohamed Karem

Mohamed Karem is a Trade Finance Officer at CIB Egypt, responsible for executing and reviewing issuance and amendments of Local and Counter Letters of Guarantee, as well as managing import and export letters of credit in compliance with bank policies and ICC rules. Previously, Mohamed served as an LCs Sr. Processor at CIB Egypt, focusing on export letters of credit and ensuring document compliance. Mohamed also held the position of LCs Sr. Specialist at Banque Misr, managing import letters of credit, and worked as a Trade Finance Executive Officer at Royal For Trading Co., overseeing commercial affairs related to letters of credit and guarantees. Mohamed holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Cairo University and has obtained professional certifications in Letters of Credit and Guarantees from the LIBF, with ongoing education in the field.
