Mostafa Bahgat

Mostafa Bahgat has extensive experience in IT service management, end user support, and service desk management. Currently employed at CIB Egypt, Mostafa plays a crucial role in formulating and implementing IT service management strategies. Prior to this, Mostafa worked as a teaching assistant at Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport. Mostafa holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering and recently completed a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
