Sherihan Elhelw

Sherihan Elhelw is an accomplished professional with over a decade of experience in the banking sector, currently serving as the Head of Private Distribution and Head of Consumer Lending at CIB Egypt since July 2011. Sherihan has contributed significantly to CIB's Consumer Assets growth strategy by developing and optimizing lending programs, ensuring a seamless customer experience for personal loans and overdrafts. Prior to this, Sherihan held various roles including Assistant Vice President of Global Customer Relations, where responsibilities included onboarding corporate clients and managing financial advisory services, as well as Senior Credit Officer in the Corporate Banking Group, focusing on financial analysis and structuring tailored solutions for diverse industries. Earlier career highlights include roles in business development and account management in advertising and marketing communications. Sherihan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism & Mass Communication with a focus on Integrated Marketing Communication and a minor in Business Administration from The American University in Cairo.
